I've spent 7+ years in software QA — from manual testing in e-commerce to building automation frameworks from scratch for SaaS, desktop, and mobile/AR products, and leading a QA team as a Lead QA Automation Engineer. I started Greenlight QA because I kept seeing the same thing: great products held back by avoidable bugs and shaky release processes.

I take on a limited number of projects at a time — usually just a few — so each client gets senior, hands-on attention, not a spot in a queue. I'm now growing a small, hand-picked team of US-based specialists to extend that capacity, while staying personally involved in every engagement. No. We start with a 20-hour minimum engagement so I can deliver something real. After that you can scale up, move to a monthly retainer, or pause — whatever fits.

How is this different from offshore QA agencies?

I'm US-based and work in your timezone, so communication is same-day and direct. You talk to the person actually testing your product — no account managers, no rotating juniors, no overnight lag.

Manual testing or automation — which do I need?

Usually both, in the right order. We'll figure that out in the free audit. Automation pays off for repetitive regression flows; hands-on QA catches the messy edge cases. I won't sell you a framework you don't need yet.
